You will find the chart for the FRIENDS and SISTERS designs on the back of the 8"x10" Hoop- Frame label.  For the 8"x10" HF, stitch on 11-count Aida cloth.  To fit in the 5"x7" Hoop-Frame, stitch on 14-count Aida cloth.  All floss colors are listed.  Alphabet letters are included.
